Great, so your order has now been sent and will soon be produced. We operate 24/7, with over 80% of products being manufactured and shipped within 24-48 hours

What should I do if the item I receive is faulty or damaged?

As part of our Tinarts.shop Promise, if an order gets damaged in transit, then we’ll reproduce and replace your order free of charge. Please see our returns section for more information or reach out to us on our contact form.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Once an order goes into production it is automatically booked in with our shipping partner and production enters into multiple automated flows, so changing or cancelling an order is difficult. Feel free to contact us at support@tinartsshop.com and we'll see what we can do.

We ship globally, with free shipping to wherever you are.

What are your delivery/shipping lead times?

We operate 24/7, with over 80% of orders being made and then dispatched within 24-48 hours

Shipping times (after dispatch):

🇬🇧 UK = 2-3 working days
🇺🇸 USA = 2-5 working days
🇪🇺 EU = 5-7 working days
🇦🇺 AUS = 3-6 working days
🌎 Rest of world = 5-12 working days

These times are estimated and may be longer, especially during peak periods or holidays.

Will I be charged import fees?

We can guarantee there will be no additional import, custom or delivery fees on shipments to the UK, EU, AUS and USA*. For all other destinations it is pretty unlikely, but as with many international imports, you may be required to pay local duties or fees on the arrival of our order. Please note, Tinarts.shop unfortunately can not advise on this, nor can we accept responsibility for these costs on orders outside of the UK, EU, AUS and USA. It is best to speak to your local authorities for more details.
